  If I could give no stars I would. This company lacks in taking any kind of accountability. They make up lies about complaints. First off, we had such high hopes when we met Ty and his crew. They were friendly, they moved quickly that first day. They offered other services. Drywall repair, carpet installation, everything that needed done they said they had contractors to hire to do it. After 8 days of fans running we were pumped to get the other stuff started on. They ran us in circles for 3 weeks. Claiming they couldnt find contractors. I sent them 7 local contractors in our area, they claimed none of them would get back to them. I’d get told I’d get a call to discuss what needed to be done to get things moving, and didn’t get a call for 4 days. Finally after damn near a month of waiting on them to find contractors Ty said that it would probably be best for us to take matters into our own hands because they couldn’t get contractors hired and also mentioned the distance and not being able to watch over the job like they’d want with it being so far. (We’re two hours from them.) while I understand that, why offer the services to begin with or run us in circles for a month?? We hired a new GC the SAME DAY and he had two of those same contractors we sent Bison at our house. We get our house done FINALLY after almost 3 months. We moved back in and noticed that our deep freeze had been unplugged because they plugged two fans in to blow into our hot water heater room. It had $300 worth of food in it. Ruined. I talked to Joe G about it and basically he said it wasn’t their problem that they had a picture of completion with it plugged in. Okay? Like one of your guys didn’t plug it back in when they went to collect fans and smelled the rotten death coming from the freezer. Why would we unplug or turn off our freezer knowing we just stocked it with a bunch of stuff right before the flood? Steak, hamburger, ice cream, all sorts of stuff.. Not only all of this but their guys broke my son’s bed frame in 3 different spots which ultimately led to us throwing it in the dumpster. They ripped the screws out of the headboard and the wood was ripped and split. There was no fixing it. The mid frame was busted and snapped in half. They also took my kids stuffies and stuffy bin for “sanitation”. They took it all at the beginning of October and we didn’t get it back until early December. That’s not really an issue but when we received the boxes one of the boxes had stuffies covered in mold. They let my kids stuff sit for 2 months before it got touched which ultimately left a third of the stuff moldy and disgusting. Every time I tried to talk to someone about the mess ups after mess ups they always shifted blame. “Those arrived with mold.” No they damn sure did not. They also lied to the BBB and said that my son’s brand new bed frame was in poor condition when they arrived. That’s a big fat lie. This company does not know how to take any kind of accountability. I never wanted money, not once did that come out of my mouth, I wanted someone to take accountability. I wanted someone to say sorry for all the shit they ruined and actually mean it and not just give a half ass apology while still shifting blame so I’d shut up. And watch the reply back will probably have excuse after excuse in it as well. I have NEVER in my life been messed around in circles like this. They charged $10,000 for maybe 5 hours of onsite work. The rest of it was just 40 fans running and somebody would show up for 10 minutes here and there to check on them. If you’re not local I definitely do not recommend hiring them. Maybe they do a better job for their locals?? They also said in their reply to my complaint that our insurance is handling it? I never got told that. Not one time. But how pathetic is it that someone else has to take care of your mistakes. OWN UP AND APOLOGIZE WITH A SINCERE APOLOGY. Its not that hard when you’re a decent human being.

  The team at Bison were very professional and finished our job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for someone’s project or would use them again if needed.

  Bison Restoration is such a godsend to the OKC area. They are compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. If you have a disaster, call Jamie. They are fantastic and will guide you through a trying time.

  Ty and every worker on the Bison team are super kind and are willing to work around your schedule. The work they all did was phenomenal and timely. I appreciate them for their kindness and I would happily recommend them.

  Heath came to inspect our home after a burst pipe, was very professional, thorough with his inspection, and detailed with his findings, next steps, and costs. Shortly after, Jayden, Jeimy, and Rafi showed up to set up all of the equipment. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. It only took 4 hours from the time Heath showed up until the inspection was finished and the install team had everyone in place and was on their way. Very pleased with the service up to this point!
