  I recently had 3 roofs replaced by this company and the experience was streamlined and professional! Timelines were met and all promises of cleanup were beyond my expectation! As an investor and realtor I get solicited by a plethora of roofing companies weekly. I am grateful to have chosen A&S and will definitely trust them in all of my future roofing needs!

  As a 40-year real estate professional, I’ve worked with countless roofing companies over the decades. Some do good work, but very few combine excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. Boyd Roby with A&S Roofing is one of those rare individuals who delivers all of it — and more. Boyd has served several of my agents in my organization, and the feedback has been outstanding every single time. His honesty, professionalism, and heart for helping people truly stand out. What impresses me most is that Boyd is not the type to push a roof replacement just to make a sale. He has completed multiple inspections for us where he made no money at all, yet his insight was invaluable to our clients. He shows up, he communicates, he educates, and he cares — for the real estate agent, the seller, and the buyer. In an industry where trust means everything, Boyd has earned mine completely.   As a real estate agent, I have seen roofing jobs that were rushed, sloppy and left homeowners with regrets. That was not the case here. I had very high expectations and Boyd with A&S Roofing met every single one. He did not just simply send a crew, he stayed on site the the whole time (1 day when roof goes on and the other when gutters go on) to make sure everything is done to my satisfaction. I am not one that is easily satisfied just so you know. What really stood out or impressed me was that I was very concern that they would knock off my gutters during install (happens more than you think) and that there would be nails all over. But NOPE! They worked around it and left the property clean. We got hit with heavy rain for a few consecutive days after. Thanks to the gutter being intact that the water drained exactly like it should. I did not realize how much I'd appreciate that until it rained. After seeing the quality of their work, I am confident recommending A&S Roofing to my own clients. That is not something I say lightly. If you want peace of mind and roof that is done right the first time, give Boyd a call.

  Hands down A&S roofing and construction is a phenomenal company. The service and craftsmanship they do is above the bar. They are efficient and meticulous in every detail of the job and left everything spotless! Communication between owner, insurance company and team will leave no loose ends. Thank you DeBray Ayala, Boyd Roby and your team. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof. You guys really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!
