He fixed one socket initially and since I was adding 3 new dedicated circuits and replacing a circuit box, we planned for him to return a few days later to do both the inside and outside work. He explained what he was going to do and brought some apprentices to dig the trench from the pole back to my house to bury the line. He dug it deeper than the previous lines were. They were efficient, respectful. They told me how long it would take and they actually finished an hour earlier than expected. They tested everything to make sure it worked bc before they left. They removed all debris from both the inside of the house and the yard. I now have a new electric circuit box that has room for something else extra, if I want it but more importantly, I can use my appliances and plug in multiple electronics without jumping circuits or burning my house down. I have 3 dedicated circuits for my electronics and heaters. Since I had a quote from another place, I know their prices were fair and competitive. I knew up-front what the costs would be. They really did a great job and I definitely recommend the company and Austin specifically.
