  Josh came out and got to the bottom of our issue. He was very thorough with explaining what was happening and helped us a lot. Great customer service! Would highly recommend Josh for any future needs!

  I called ANDPRO due to a what we all thought and made to believe was a simple, common septic issue. Austin with the Owasso location came out to the Claremore property, investigated and determined the issue was not anywhere close to what another local Sewer and Septic company “observed”. We appreciate the knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism with the job, provided care and the utmost commitment to serve. Thank you, Austin and ANDPRO Plumbing. I appreciate your service.

  From start to finish, I am super impressed with AndPro! I can definitely tell why they have been voted Best in Claremore for 3 years in row. I’m a new customer and called yesterday for a couple repairs. They were here today, evaluated, and completed the work very quickly. AndPro has been in constant communication, including a picture of the tech in text message when he was on his way. Our tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We will be returning for all our plumbing needs. THANK YOU!!!

  Had an after- hours emergency call as plumbing in house was backed up in couple of showers. After spending over two hours trying to snake the cleanout with a rooter, tech said he needed to go grab a part. Apparently, he went to Lowes to purchase a drain bladder, came back and pressurized the obstruction out in 5 minutes. So, a job that should have been 1 hour was milked to 3. I would have even been ok with 2 hrs. as I work in trade where we charge for after hours and I understand the margins. This, however, was excessive and I can't say I would be a repeat customer for the scope that was recommended. EDIT ***I was contacted by the owner, Andrew, and after discussing the situation, he agreed with me that the time spent was excessive and promptly refunded an hour. As part of a small family run business myself, I truly appreciate him doing the honorable thing and correcting this. Small businesses are the backbone of the country and its becoming harder and harder for them to survive, Acting with integrity and making things right will go a long way in making sure we do survive.
