Had an issue with my kitchen lighting after a DIY job where only one of the new lights was coming on. He arrived quickly, was very pleasant to talk with, and quite efficient. Replaced all the connectors in 30 minutes. My kitchen now has light again! Thank you so much!

Once we finally got the quotes, there were almost 4 times higher than two of their competitors. But that was not the worst issue I had with them. In four different phone calls, I requested, very politely but firmly, to speak with a supervisor. I never had the opportunity to if their Customer Service is this bad just trying to give me a quote. I can only imagine what it will be like if I actually obtained their services.

Never was able to get a schedule while I was on the phone for over 15 minutes. The lady said I am sorry more then 3 times for not being able to get what in my opinion should not have taken so long. This is not a good was to start any business transaction. So as of this writing still not even had so much as a return call back. This is now more then two hours later. Would not recommend this business if this is how it starts off with. Ivan
