    I would strongly advise against engaging with this company. They are unscrupulous and deceitful. This goes for the plumbing dept as well since it's a husband and wife team. Murray Elec. attempted to deliberately inflate charges on my credit card, which they unlawfully stored in their system without my consent from a job they performed two years ago.They were simply tasked with providing an initial estimate for the work I requested to be performed on my property and the one paying for the service. Instead, their electrician opted to follow the advice of a man I had meet at my property to unlock the secured gate. It seems that their worker, Jason, was inadequately prepared by them with my instructions and, feeling uncertain and lacking the common sense to contact his office for clarification decided to rely on the guess work between himself and the person I had unlock the gate. The company benefited from this situation, as they started accumulating charges without my awareness or consent, for the electrician's work. There was no single phone call made to me, the property owner, as the one who initiated the work order and as the bill payer. The sheer audacity of this company is quite evident. Upon receiving an estimate of $4200 and a charge of $300 to an old credit card that I no longer use, I was taken aback. When I attempted to lodge a complaint, Misty attempted to shift the blame onto the individual I had sent to simply open the gate. There is no responsibility for the lack of guidance they provided to their employee, no responsibility for the fraudulent use of a credit card from a purchase I made two years ago, which they did not have my consent to retain, and no responsibility for their electrician's lack of common sense to contact the office if he was perplexed by their instructions on what he needed to do. There is no accountability at all. I've filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over the fraudulent activity the company engages in. Save yourself the hassle its not worth the anxiety of them sneaking in charges against you and stealing your money.

    Price was way to high and was not giving a discount for a church. The church bought the hot water heater and it still was almost $800.00 to finish the job. Why two people no clue. I really think they took advantage of a church and elderly people
