Every time we’ve called, the front desk team has been responsive, friendly, and made us feel like valued customers. Our first plumber did a great job, and our most recent technician, Chance, was one of the most professional, kind, and informative tradesmen I’ve ever met. He truly embodies a customer-first attitude and represents Horizon Plumbing extremely well. To the owners or managers — Chance deserves a raise; he’s worth every bit of it. Talked about bringing in a escavator and the time the tech would take to get one. Got my bill and wow, Apparently the tech digging a hole with a shovel was "escavation". Also did not disclose Sunday rates were wayYY higher than Sat rates. Tread lightly with these guys. They stick it to you on the back end. Wish I could give a zero rating.
