  So grateful for the incredible quality, professional services I received from Dillon Chambers, Charlie Correa, Abram, and Luis Ibanez. Each of them treated me as if I were the most important customer ever. From Dillon’s personal service in recommending the HVAC system that would be the best and most efficient to replace my current unit, to the prompt, quality installation done by Charlie, Abram, and Luis. Those three guys worked so hard and were just so pleasant. They worked wonderfully together. When the installation was complete, they made sure that every minuscule of debris and trash were picked up and taken away. That might seem like nothing, but it is huge, in my opinion; it shows that they have respect for the customer and their property. And Dillon not only recommended and sold me the HVAC package, he followed up during the installation to make sure that everything was going perfectly. I would give all four of these gentlemen a five star review any day!!! They are THE BEST!

  Our heater went out when it started getting cold. I didn't know who to call but and thankful I called this company. They came out the same day and checked everything out and gave me an estimate for replacing the current equipment we have with exactly the same brand and type The next day the comfort Specialist came out and discussed the difference and up grades in the equipment and their membership plan. After figuring out the financial part of replacing the heater I called Steven and the install was scheduled for 2 days later. Dylan came out and took care of the removal and installation of the new unit. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I definitely will not be using another company for my heating or cooling needs. Air Assurance is amazing.

  When I signed up for your service plan in the spring it was sold to me in terms of having two free service appointments. The technician lead me to believe you would come out twice for any reason without charging the $90 service fee. However, that is absolutely not the case. When my wife attempted to schedule our fall appointment we were told we were calling too early. Then, when we called back as instructed, we were given the obscene options of either a month from now (i.e. the day after Thanksgiving) or December 12th. We explain we need something sooner due to a rattling noise coming from the heater, which was previously cleaned in the spring by your technician. So we are given a five hour window today that your technician would show up. We paid $90 for your technician to listen to our heater for less than five minutes. I would not recommend to anyone to buy this additional maintenance plan they attempt to sell you on. It doesn't cover near as much as you think it is supposed to.

  I’ve been doing business with Air Assurance for over 10 yrs now. Purchased three systems from them , two new and one repair. Each time they have been great to work with , fair on pricing and professional. They truly value the customer relationship. They are one of the few in the area you can trust that they aren’t just trying to sell you something. Long term customers are their goal. I’ve used several others in the past and I can tell you that these folks are the example of how to do business the right way.

  I am so impressed with Air Assurance. After reaching out to several places and complete run around I about gave up on replacing our HVAC. I decided to try one more place Air Assurance and I’m glad I did. Jay came out here the very next day, he took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. He discussed some different options and helped us decide the one that would work best for us. No run around, no lies, no trying to sell us something we didn’t need, he was upfront and honest. Our primary source of heat is propane which gets extremely expensive in the winter. He recommended a heat pump to that will save us tremendously on propane. Scheduling an install time was quick and easy. The crew that came out to install were extremely knowledgeable and proficient in their work.They worked very hard and did quality work. We replaced entire HVAC system, sealed ductwork and added inst. The crew took before and after pictures of the attic and it was a complete transformation. Replacing an entire HVAC system is not cheap, so you need that advisor to provide the upfront honest information about the various system options. I look forward much lower energy bills and will definitely be doing business with Air Assurance again and will highly recommend them
