  Austin was terrific! He not only installed the trim piece around my garage, he stayed and explained where the painter should apply caulk to seal a few areas before painting. He also offered to explain the cameras on the garage door his company installed, taking time for questions and answers and was never in a rush to leave. This type of service is extraordinary in a time of urgency and inattentiveness from most service companies. He took the time to teach without me knowing it!   Replaced both springs, both cables and the bar. Excellent job and responded very quickly. Price was reasonable also.

  Leaving for work and garage door wouldn't go up. Called at 8 am and talked to Christain. He told me they were busy, but let him see what he could do. Well he moved people around and he came out himself and replaced my spring and put cables back on and was done by 10 am. I also told him about issue I was having with my other garage door. He pointed out something I didn't ever notice and explained what was going on. We scheduled another day I had open and he had his guys come out and fixed it. Just amazing service and all at a very reasonable price. They now have a customer for life! Thanks again!
