I requested a roof inspection and free estimate for replacement siding after the Memorial Day weekend tornado in Claremore, OK. Contacted the company and employee showed up 06/07. He performed the roof inspection and said he would call me back Monday (06/10) or Tuesday (06/11) the next week for a quote on replacement siding / maybe go through insurance. Texted employee 06/17 with no response. Then texted the employee again 06/18, and he responded “ Hey Taylor sorry for the late response. My supplier hasn’t called me back let me call him and I’ll have an answer for you at the end of the day ”. Tried to contact employee again on 06/28 & 06/30 with no response. He has yet to communicate with me. Absolutely poor communication and customer service. Highly recommend another company / veteran owned company.

Always able to be reached, stayed in communication about when shingles were going to get here, bc we special ordered a color that took ≈4 weeks to come in. Got the roof done in a day and did a good job cleaning up. Gutters were done in a few hours and looked great. Have no hesitation for using AK Roofing and Construction, we’ll be using them again soon on our bathroom.
