Kevin came out right away clear to the rural place I live which no one wants to do by the way., and got everything fixed! Very friendly and professional service. I won't be calling anyone else from now on. Highly recommend!

- WRWayne RichardsOct 10, 20251.0This is a 5 star review that changed to a one star review 4 hours later. Kevin and Cody were on time, cordial and knowledgeable. They could not fix my drain due to an unrepairable blockage. They ran a snake down most of the drains including the washing machine. What they did not tell us was that they didn't plug the washer back in when they finished nor did they put the drain hose back in the drain pipe. My wife who is vision impaired could not get the washer to start. I plugged it back in but did not see their incompetence in not reattaching the drain. Water filled our hallway and bedrooms before we could get the washer to stop. Brand new flooring covered in 3 inches of water, carpet soaked and damaged. Oh, and I had to pay Adoni plumbing $150.00 to have a flooded hallway and bedrooms. Thoroughly disappointed Would had been a 5 star glowing review if in finishing they would have done their job thoroughly.
