Fabian just left my house and told me not to call back after stating I wanted to get a second opinion on a 550 dollar quote to fix a leak that he hadn’t even seen yet. Ignored every question I asked and got defensive and told me his guys were already on the way out to fix it and that he’d never be back here again. Then hung up on me when I tried to call in and file a grievance

Kevin came out right away clear to the rural place I live which no one wants to do by the way., and got everything fixed! Very friendly and professional service.
