Within 2 hours, a tech arrived and fixed the problem. Tech took time to explain the issue in detail. Heater's working fine ! And, I should add, at a very reasonable price. Great Job.

Unfortunately we were charged more than what was quoted over the phone. I am thankful though, it was reasonable, the service was quick and Technician was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Had it fixed in fifteen minutes! Thanks! We had the tech run the snake to clear a clog; plumbing.
