- SRSusan RichardsonAug 8, 20231.0The installer was horrible. First of all the owners, who we told we needed 38 yards, said we only needed 33 after we gave them the measurements. Then the installer had the carpet so cut up he decided he needed more carpeting. There should have been 2 seams now there are 5/6. I'm very upset about that and you can see the seams. Then they charged me another $400 for the rest of the carpet. It was there error not ours. I tried to keep things local thinking we would be treated fair but we weren't. Next time we do anything we'll deal with the big box stores!!
