  Dealing with Dana and Rusty was phenomenal. Both men put me at ease immediately. They were fantastic by ensuring the proper padding, carpet and then LVT was selected for my household. The color scheme matched perfectly. The floor registers are ordered and will match LVT to provide a seamless transition. They went above and beyond with the registers as they’re an odd size and I can’t wait to see them installed. They fielded numerous phone calls and text messages always showing patience and professionalism. Thank you! Terry whom installed everything did a fabulous job. Paying attention to the smallest details as if he was installing it in his home. His cleanup and professionalism was amazing. He left nothing for chance and I highly recommend and trust him with future installations. If Terry is doing your install, don’t worry because it will be flawless. Being relative new to Zanesville Ohio and unsure what company to use….I hit a home run and I’m a customer for life as well a cheerleader for this company. They won’t steer you wrong, nor rip you off in their pricing. Their commitment is backed with positive actions and I can’t be any happier. Thank you very much.
