Communication was good as our questions were answered and our input was received positively. There was a complication mid project regarding the old roof needing to be replaced with a new one due to engineering concerns, but the subject as it was explained to us made sense and we went ahead with that as well. We felt that that everything involved was handled in a straightforward manner and we're satisfied with the work that was done and the price that was charged. Steve and his onsite crew were professional and friendly and did a great job. Some before and after photos. Pay no attention to the landscaping in progress this summer. The back porch and roof turned out beautifully.
