I was looking for a specific type of flooring and was worried I wouldn't be able to find enough in stock. The manager, Kyle, was extremely helpful. He checked his inventory and quickly found the exact flooring I needed at another location nearby. Kyle didn't just tell me where to go; he went above and beyond. He called the other store, confirmed they had the material ready, and even made sure they had the staff and equipment to load it for me when I got there. He gave me the manager's name, John, and the address for the other location so I could get there with no problems. Even though flooring can be a big expense, the prices were very reasonable for the quality. The level of customer service I received from Kyle was well worth the cost of the flooring. He made a potentially stressful situation easy and convenient. I highly recommend this location.

It is more durable than laminate, completely waterproof like LVP, and looks stunning! 2022 floor of the year. This company takes in feedback from installers on likes and dislikes and has their product dialed in! A real game change that I will absolutely co-sign!
- DPDerek PisorSep 29, 20241.0Bought a couple thousand sq ft of vinyl plank that I was told was the best stuff they had and it’s complete junk. 6 months and it’s scratched like crazy and chipped all over. The top uv coating that they try to sell you on is a lie, I can scratch it off with my finger nail. I’d give zero stars if I could, employees inside know nothing about flooring they’re just salesman. I’d rather have OSB sheeting over this stuff. Not only would it be better to use smart core from Lowe’s, it would be cheaper too
