  Brian is one of the best electricians I’ve ever worked with. Not only was he clearly an expert, but he was friendly, quick, and explained everything he was doing. Highly highly recommend.

  Fantastic group of people to work with from Brian Ayala who first came to my house to do the work up of my pavilion project, to Christian helping coordinate everything and Jason Rodriguez who did the install of my underground conduit to my new patio. The work was hard, required coordination with many people including concrete contractor and city inspectors and next week with the pavilion builders. The communication was good, the quality of the work is excellent, I wish I had taken pictures before the underground line was run they truly did an amazing job. I look forward to continuing to work with this group they are good at what they do and they go the extra distance to meet the needs of the customer and the project. Thank you guys! I know it wasn’t easy but I appreciate all you did and are doing next week!

  I had a great experience working with Brian Ayala for some electrical work at my home. He was extremely courteous, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was—he took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. The work he completed included bringing a few items up to code and installing GFCI outlets, and everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I also really appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It felt honest and straightforward, which is hard to find. I’ve used other companies before, including Safe Electric, but this experience was on another level. Because of Brian and the quality of service, I’ll definitely continue using Mr. Sparky for any future electrical needs and will be recommending them to others. Respectfully, Andrew R Vasquez

  Overall, very high quality work, knowledgeable tech, friendly. It was very easy to schedule and we did not have to wait long. Only criticisms would be that the initial appointment was delayed because they were running late (understandable), they came to the second appointment and said they didn’t have what they needed and would be back the next day at 9AM. It was almost 11 before they arrived. Device is working well.

  We couldn’t have had a better experience. From the professional (and actual human being) dispatch, the tech Brian Ayala, to the successful restoration of power, the customer service aspect alone was truly refreshing. The other night, my wife and I arrived home after being out for a couple of hours to half electrical power and no heat or hot water as a result. After troubleshooting and making sure it wasn’t something that I’d be embarrassed to have an electrician come out for, we called a bunch of companies for emergency service. Nobody had anyone available for “emergency” service until two days later. Mr. Sparky said they could have someone out within the hour. Brian arrived and worked quickly to identify the problem, which ended up being the electrical service leg on the city’s end. We called the city and Brian provided the diagnosis to their dispatch on the spot. The city dispatched their service team, and to our surprise, we were back with power within a couple hours. Customer service is severely lacking these days, but Mr. Sparky impressed. We will absolutely consider Mr. Sparky for any electrical needs in the future.
