  Bryan Desch was fantastic. He was like having our own General Contractor/job site manager. He answered all of our questions, provided diagrams and samples of what our building would look like so we were able to decide on the colors. He handled the job site layout, the permits, and inspections, and arranged the contact with the concrete contractor. We are very pleased with our new building and we are so happy we worked with Morton Buildings.

  My project was a 40’x36’ garage/workshop. I was attracted to Morton because of the designs, esthetics and the lower costs compared to similar square foot garages estimated by smaller construction companies. There were much cheaper alternatives (steel barns) however the quality of the other garages builders seemed to be inferior and those buildings much less attractive. The overall experience using Morton Buildings was good. The construction was done without delays and the workers were professional and quick. The quality of the garage in my opinion is very good considering the size and speed of construction. The supervisor was professional and went above and beyond the scope of duty in attending zoning meetings getting the proper zoning paperwork complete. My only complaint was that after the completion of the project, there were some drainage issues around the outside of the garage (no problems inside with water), which involved some re-grading of the surrounding land. This took about a year to resolve which I was not happy about. In conclusion, I would recommend Morton to anyone looking to build a quality building without having to go through a lengthy and messy process at the higher cost associated with smaller builders.

  Have needed repairs done to our barn for over a year. Finally Brian came out, he said he’d have an estimate in a week. It’s been 3 months, no one will return my calls, texts, or emails. Can’t blame everything on Covid.

  Never called back after leaving multiple messages. This is while I’m trying to GIVE them money so imagine if there is an issue with the building.

  As other reviews have mentioned, I have called and left numerous messages and even spoke to reception and was promised call backs. Still waiting on that to happen.
