He was polite and professional and did not make me feel foolish for calling him when the solution to our electrical issue was a simple fix. We will definitely be calling him again for any and all future electrical needs. Also came out same day, and arrived in the time frame he said he would. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs an electrician.
- DMDori Mittinger5 days ago5.0I recently moved into my house and suddeny for no apparent reason, power went out in several ceiling fixtures and wall outlets. I checked the electrical box for blown circuit breakers switches and flipped a few that seemed like problem areas, but nothing changed. After trying to get several companies to service the problem who had no availability until FEBRUARY, I was referred to CLE Electric and specifically, Jeremy, by a City employee. I called CLE, and Jeremy came out the next day and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. It actually was 2 flipped circuit breakers in two separate boxes (I had forgotten there were 2 boxes). After giving me quick instructions to flip ALL the ciruit breakers and advice on installing new lights in my basement, I still had to pay the service call fee, but I've added another quality electrical technician to my home repair tool kit.
