  We just called CLE Electric to fix a home wiring issues. Jeremy the electrician came out the same day ( 30 min ) my wife called Felix. which was amazing. Jeremy quickly diagnosed and fixed the electric problem which restored all electricity in my house ( especially with 10 degree temperature ) number of lights and outlets that weren't getting power, replaced broken part of underground cable and provide invoice with affordable price ! Totally wonderful service!

  We came home in the evening to find that most of our house had no electricity — a very stressful situation. My friend recommended this company and I called in a morning: responded immediately and identified possibly an underground cable problem. Even in extreme cold (around 10°F) and heavy snow, a technician arrived within 35 minutes after service call. ( GPS information received and you can track his trip ). He quickly found the issue, provided repair estimate and everything was fixed perfectly ! Outstanding service, fast response, excellent quality, and a very fair price. Truly professional — highly recommended!

  Jeremy was great. We called him for what we thought would be a pretty major issue, and it turned out to be something so simple. So simple he didn’t even charge us. He was polite and professional and did not make me feel foolish for calling him when the solution to our electrical issue was a simple fix. We will definitely be calling him again for any and all future electrical needs. Also came out same day, and arrived in the time frame he said he would. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs an electrician.

  I recently moved into my house and suddeny for no apparent reason, power went out in several ceiling fixtures and wall outlets. I checked the electrical box for blown circuit breakers switches and flipped a few that seemed like problem areas, but nothing changed. After trying to get several companies to service the problem who had no availability until FEBRUARY, I was referred to CLE Electric and specifically, Jeremy, by a City employee. I called CLE, and Jeremy came out the next day and diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. It actually was 2 flipped circuit breakers in two separate boxes (I had forgotten there were 2 boxes). After giving me quick instructions to flip ALL the ciruit breakers and advice on installing new lights in my basement, I still had to pay the service call fee, but I've added another quality electrical technician to my home repair tool kit.

  Great experience all around. Very responsive with an estimate which required a little adjusting, which was handled smoothly. The technician who did the work was prompt, thorough, professional and pro-active in making suggestions. Strong recommend.
