- RJR JApr 6, 20261.0Full Roof job failed in less than 4 years. Call them for service because the roof is leaking, bowing, and exposed wood is rotting. They wouldn't fix anything said its not their fault. Another company came out and showed us all their poor workmanship, low quality materials and methods. And the exact spots that are causing the leak due to their install. Yes the shingles have also failed but due to their install method. Nails are popping, water is pouring into the house. Good luck getting them to fix anything. For more than 35 years they have been ripping people off.
