They were prompt, professional, and kept us informed with excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommend Euclid Glass for their outstanding service and reliability!

From the beginning we informed them of our timeline, delays caused by supply chain and other factors are totally reasonable and understandable, but delays based on the company not doing their job is not. The initial delay was caused by a tech coming out and saying he could not get into the unit, because the keys didn’t work, we confirmed with our front desk, that this was not true (he used the same keys to get in several days later). Then we placed a deposit and were told the windows were ordered, 10 days later we received a call saying the measurements were “lost” and they needed to go back in. This was disappointing because we were told the windows had already been ordered and our money was down. When I spoke with the owner he simply tried to make justifications and said “listen mistakes happen.” This is not unreasonable and mistakes do happen, but when I said it would have been nice to at least have an apology and acknowledgement of the error, he said he was apologizing. However he never acknowledged any fault nor said he was sorry instead he threatened to just cancel the order if I wanted. Overall, this interaction could have been very different if we just got a real apology upfront and acknowledgment of what happened. Not a way to run a company. Very disappointed with this and would not recommend. Owners in Stonebridge Condos do not use, I will be telling my neighbors.

As a caregiver, I reached out to Euclid Glass with a project that involved retrofitting a communication device for a nonverbal woman. I called several other companies that all turned me away because the project was not profitable and was outside of the scope of their regular business. However, Euclid Glass was eager to help. From the initial call, the receptionist was so kind and accommodating. Chris completed the project with care right on the spot and management refused to accept any payment. If they showed this much care and compassion with a project they did for free, I think it's safe to say that their customers are in good hands!
