    Chris came out to give me an estimate for replacement of my heating and air-conditioning system. He was very personable, honest, gave good information and recommendations. He was a no pressure sales person which I appreciated since I am getting multiple estimates. I had used Westland for service before and they were very prompt and efficient in taking care of a non-heating issue on Christmas Eve.

    I was looking for a second opinion and Westland came through. Garrett showed up and ran the tests on my system and in a competent, confident manner, based on years of experience, gave me an honest opinion of what he saw and what he recommended I do. I'm glad I called Westland. After having Garrett come over, I canceled my appointment for a third opinion. I knew I was in good hands with Westland moving forward.

    Call Westland and you'll talk to friendly and knowledgeable people, not a machine. They schedule a serviceman to stop out and provide an accurate estimate. The work was done quickly and professionally. Talking to a person who can evaluate your needs based on a real conversation is critical to the efficiency of this company, and they're doing it right. I'm getting to the point where I refuse to leave a message with an automated service because it's not beneficial to the customer at all. If you provide a service, providing the best customer experience starts when the phone call is answered. Call centers and automated answering services cannot effectively evaluate the services needed, so why bother?

    Please read this review so you realize what you are getting. I had a number of plumbers come to assess my plumbing issues over the years with the last plumber leaving a 10 foot cable in my drain which caused significant backup. Not only were their assessments thorough, sending a camera down the line to diagnose appropriately, they gave me the most reasonable long term solution which was cost effective. Despite seeing the other plumbers failure, John the manager remained thorough in his assessment, was extremely professional, humble and kind. He worked up a plan and then brought his other plumber, Chris, who then removed the snake very quickly, and despite having to cut a access point, Chris left no evidence of dust or debris and worked quickly. Finally, I also have a medical condition which causes seizures in clusters. Both John and Chris tended to seizures with kindness, empathy and professionalism. I cannot say enough about their attitudes, their kindness and their diligent work. It is a massive relief they found a simple soliton to a big problem, and again, I’ve had at least 5 or 6 companies here. Thank you so much for sending these amazing humans!

    Brian & Paul were amazing! Our basement flooded when our sump pump stopped working & there was a big storm. My neighbor recommended Westland, she used them & was very happy with their service. It was a weekend & I called asking to speak with a technician because I was very anxious with safety concerns from standing water. Before I was even an established customer or had an appt set up, Brian called me on Easter Sunday & spent a half hour on the phone with me answering questions & going over everything. Brian & Paul came the next morning. They were courteous, professional, patient, & sympathetic to our situation. They answered every question we asked, & to be honest I probably asked the same questions more than once. We had some special requests due to health issues & they were more than accommadating! They replaced our sump pump & hot water heater, & a few other things we needed done in the house. Everything looks so much more professionally done, & works better than what we had before. I could not recommend them enough!!! We have piece of mind knowing we have them to call if we need them in the future.!!!
