  We are very pleased with Westbay Floor Source... Worked with Linda who was great help in picking out numerous products for our rebuild. Love all the flooring we picked, tile , and fireplace stones.. They had great selection of products and would highly recommend.

  We were pleased with our experience at Westbay Floor Source. Joseph, Marcus and Mark installed our beautiful Mirage solid wood flooring in less than a week. They came out quickly when asked to do some finishing touches. They were professional throughout the process.

  We have had the worst experience with westbay. They were very secretive with pricing, we had to go back twice to pick out tile. It took months for the tile to come in. Part of these delays were caused by our GC, but Westbay took out all of their frustrations with our GC out on us. Then they refused to install the heated flooring they originally said they would install. Then they refused to install the tile because they wouldn’t install the heated flooring they originally promised they would. Our project has been delayed months because of the terrible customer service. We specifically worked with Linda and Mark and I would not recommend them or this company to anyone.

  We bought an engineered hardwood floor from Westbay. It was a great experience from start to finish. Allie was knowledgeable and helped us pick out a floor that met all of our requirements without breaking the bank. Eddie went above and beyond in helping us. Westbay and their team are a great asset to the community!

  We used Westbay for our flooring in our new home and they did a nice job. The installers weren't overly friendly, but did a nice job and in the end, that's what matters most!
