  I woke up at 9 am to a busted water heater. I got 4 quotes total and Westland had the best price/review/reliability/speed combination. Shelby on the phone was very helpful and polite even with my 49 questions. Jermaine and Matt were at my house by 4pm. Hot water heater was installed by 645pm the very same day it broke! Jermaine and Matt were very friendly and left our space clean! The replacement ended up needing several side projects so I am glad we didn’t go it alone. The price was exactly as quoted. I will use them again for our home!

  We hired Westland to upgrade our furnace, AC, and HWT. The technicians were friendly and professional, and the new systems are working as expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have better communication and a contingency plan in place in the event of a major issue. Our previous system worked, and I had mentioned that the weather on the planned install date would be very cold and wondered if it would be better to wait until the temps arose. I was told not to worry as the heat would only be off for a few hours. At 9AM the heat was turned off, and at 5PM the technician informed us they had an issue and could not get it turned back on. They said it was very rare, but regardless, they were leaving for the night. They did drop off a couple of space heaters, but with a newborn at home, temps dipping into the mid-20s overnight, and the news coming when it did, we were put in a tough position with limited time to resolve. Around 11AM the next day I had to contact their office as the heat was still not turned on, and only then I was provided an ETA for resolve. I felt the issue could have been taken more seriously - a call from a manager to apologize, contacting me first to provide us additional info, an offer to stay in a hotel for a night, etc. I just felt there was a lack of consideration given the situation we were put in.

  I recently had my furnace replaced by Westland HVAC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John and Will were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and completed the replacement much faster than I expected. Their professionalism and knowledge were evident throughout the process—they explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done. What impressed me most was their attention to cleanliness and respect for my home. They left the work area spotless, which is rare and greatly appreciated. Both John and Will were courteous, kind, and hardworking, making the entire experience stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled technicians who truly care about doing the job right, I highly recommend Westland HVAC. They exceeded my expectations in every way!

  Our furnace would not turn on so we called Westland and they sent their technician, Jared to our house for a diagnostic review. He was very respectful and thorough and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately our old furnace could not be repaired but Chris is going to contact us to discuss options. Jared seems to be an asset to your company. 2nd part of my review: Amanda has been great about coordinating my contact with Westland. Chris S. Sent us a proposal for a new furnace and it was very informative and helpful. We then chatted with Chris and he answered any questions we had. Thanks to Chris we have decided to purchase a new furnace from Westland. With the cold weather coming we can’t wait to get it installed. Very pleased with the company thus far!!!! 3rd part of Review. Jake W. and Colin A. Installed our new furnace and were excellent. They put in a full day and worked hard the entire day. They were very conscientious in keeping the carpets clean with shoe covers and throw rugs. They both were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. We were very pleased and were so happy to have heat as we went down to 50 degrees before they arrived. So happy we went with Westland as my brother, son and mother had recommended you.
