  I couldn't have asked for more from an HVAC company. I was out of town and on a recent February Friday afternoon Westland was able to coordinate same day emergency service to get our 19 year old system at least running until they could install a new system the following Wednesday, all at competitive pricing, and a quality installation.   My hot water tank was leaking. Called Westland and they answered right away. Sent a team (Brian and Paul) the next day. Great communication letting me know when they would arrive. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Replacement tank was installed quickly. Price was reasonable for quality product and service. Would definitely use Westland again.

  Jermaine was on time, fixed our leaky toilet, then went on to repair a second toilet in our half bath. He even adjusted our sink handles in there. He was totally polite, and professional. Explaining everything he did, and completing it quickly. It's great to have a company and people you can rely on, especially when you may already have alot going on and just need some good reliable help. So Thank you, Westland!

  Jermaine saved the day! I was recovering from knee surgery and was not able to help my wife who was trying to clean up the mess in the basement while still helping me. Jermaine showed up quickly and made the repair! Very professional, very knowledgeable, great guy! We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome on such short notice! Thanks Jermaine and Westland!

  I rarely use Google reviews, but Westland’s superior service needs to be recognized. For context, this occurred last week, when highs were in the single digits and lows were in the negatives. Our carbon monoxide detector went off at Friday around 10:30PM. The gas company came and was unable to identify a leak so suspected that our furnace was malfunctioning. I called Westland Saturday morning around 8:00AM. To my surprise, I received a call around 9:30AM from Westland. I was informed that a service tech lived in my area and even though it was his day off, he’d suit up and come look at my furnace. Around 11:00AM, Garrett arrived at my house. He was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained that our furnace wasn’t completing combustion. He said that we could replace part of the furnace, but since it was nearly 15 years old, it likely made more sense to get a new one. He then connected me with Westland’s sales team who throughly explained my options. Monday morning at 8:30AM, a team arrived and my new furnace was up and running by 2:00PM. The situation as a whole was terrible, but Westland treated me like I was their only customer. I will now only use Westland for my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating.
