I contacted them this morning and within an hour Jason came out and was professional but friendly. He figured out the problem which was also a safety issue—showed me the problem and made it safe until the unit could be replaced. He told me who would be coming out and his role and that he would be here shortly.

I called Bay Heating & Cooling in Westlake, Ohio, and they walked me through their service plans and helped me pick the perfect one. They sent Logan out for my furnace tune-up, and he did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was doing, gave me maintenance tips, and even provided a furnace log to track filter changes. Now I’m all set with my furnace, and in six months they’ll come back to check the air conditioning. Great service all around — highly recommend Bay Heating & Cooling, and ask for Logan if you can!
