  In response to you reply: it’s interesting that there was a response to this review so quickly; yet I still have not received a call back. For the record, my office has a mat under my chair and my office system was installed before the floors were installed, which explains the pitiful quarter round job your installers attempted to cover up the cracks they left behind. Additionally, I had 2 separate service installations dates scheduled approximately 1 year apart - downstairs first and upstairs second. You are not taking responsibility and you have not returned my numerous calls. I have been reaching out to you since November 2025. It’s now the end of March 2026! I can share emails and call histories if necessary. Take responsibility and make good on what I paid for! I will not allow this to rest until you fix everything you as you are supposed to. They did a decent job installing LVT throughout my entire home, but they are unresponsive and unreliable when it comes to repairs! They are HORRIBLE with baseboard installation and do not follow up on repairs that are warranted and they promised me they would take care of. I purchased at the Pickerington location (now closed) and have been reaching out to Mike, the installation manager and Chris at the Westerville location since December. Mike visited my home and stated he would follow up with a date for repairs. He never followed up. I have spoken with Chris, emailed pictures of damage and the labeling of my floors as well as everything else he asked for. He was to follow up with in a week. It’s been well over a month and he won’t even return my phone. They damaged my home office that was installed by Closets by Design, I have gaps and dips in my floors, the floor boards are literally falling off in some places and the craftsmanship looks like a very bad diy project! They are not worthy of your money and I demand a repair or reimbursement for hiring someone else to do what they did not repair.

  Mike and everyone at Six Floors Down were amazing to work with. We needed carpet in our son’s home and we live out of state. Mike made the entire experience painless, he took a lot off our shoulders and made us stress free. We can’t recommend them enough.

  Very happy with my experience! Mike was great to work with and the installers were very prompt and professional. The carpet looks great! I would definitely recommend 6 Floors Down!

  We had two rooms, stairs, and a hallway carpeted. We are very pleased with everything - the help selecting the carpet, the installation, and the final look. I would definitely use them again.

  Great team. Michael and Steve knew all the right questions and really came with an accurate quote. They were able to help me out in the midst of my first home and to install the new carpet before the big move. I highly recommend using 6 floors down.
