  I know little about roofs and haven't been on top of my house or garage since Tim the Roof Guy's crew completed their work, replacing both roof and gutters. From the street, the work looks great and the ridge vents are an improvement over the "turtles." I have been assured that the new shingles will perform better in the face of wind and hail than the ones they replaced. Time (and wind and rain) will tell. I can speak to the process. Mitchell, the company's front guy, is local to Baltimore and, along with a recommendation from a coworker, is the reason I went with this company for my roof replacement. They also replaced my parents' roof and gutters (damaged in the same storm). In both cases, Mitchell (and, to be fair, our insurance adjuster) made the process almost entirely stress-free. Communication was never a problem. Mitchell was prompt to respond to calls or texts, often in person. He answered our questions in a straight-forward way and offered thought-out guidance when asked for it. He shepherded both projects from start to finish, returned the day after the work was done to pick up any overlooked demolition or construction debris and run a magnet through the grass and over the driveway. No foundation plantings were damaged. We are pleased. PS: My son-in-law, who does know about roofs and used to work on an installation crew, has been on top of my house and said the work looks great. And ... there's that 30-year warranty ...

  Tim did an awesome job! A few pieces of our siding had fallen off the house. He knew exactly how to fix it. We also had him change out our shutters. His work is professional, neat, and quick. He is also great at communicating, answering questions, and providing the price estimate! He made paying the invoice very simple. His price was more than 50% less than the first quote I got. I would highly recommend Tim for your home projects!!

  Tim the Roof Guy, responded very quickly when I noticed a water leak in our 12 year old home. He pointed out several problems with the roof that could be causing the water leak. Mostly caused by poor roof installation when the home was built. I had two other estimates from other roofing companies and they said the same thing. Tim’s company gave me several options and we decided the best solution would be to repair the damage areas and fixed the problems of the original poor installation. Today’s rain storm proved to me that Tim the Roof Guy solved the most obvious problem I had. Highly recommend.

  Mitch was absolutely incredible to work with. He kept me updated from start to finish and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The workmanship and materials were top notch and everything was done just as promised (quickly too, no delays). Overall, very satisfied with the experience and work done. I would highly recommend Mitch and his team to anyone!

  Tim did a high qualiity and thorough job installing gutter guards and reparing a shed roof for a very reasonable price. The job required some carpentry work for the shed repair as well as the roof and gutter work that other roof firms and handymen didn't want to bother with, but Tim had the right combination of skills and willingness to get the job done. He is very friendly and efficient. Thanks Tim.
