I mainly worked with Chris to set everything up, they were super easy, fast, communicative and answered all my questions/concerns. The floor install experts, Cesar and Cesar, did a phenomenal job and were very nice and finished quickly but with great craftsmanship. I highly recommend using 6 floors down for your next job!!!!

Their experienced installers were able to lay the planks without transition pieces between rooms creating a great look for our home. The Six Floors Down team also installed Shaw Pet Perfect Carpet throughout our second floor and staircase. The team helped us achieve the exposed stair look we envisioned by installing Hollywood wrapped carpet and utilized a bound carpet runner for the bottom half of the staircase. Six Floors Down offers quality flooring products at competitive prices along with experienced installation. I highly recommend Six Floors Down for your flooring needs.

We received a phone call regarding payment 4 business days after work complete (let know we already sent a check); then another more aggressive call the next day, then an email threatening to send to collections the next day. That's right, we were threatened to be sent to collections 6 business days after the project completion (and we had already paid a deposit before start of work).
