He went over all my options with and he just made me feel valued as a customer from the moment he walked in my door. I'll take it even a step further.... I'll say even from his phone call letting me know he was on his way!....he let me know he had to stop by the gas station and offered to grab me a coffee or juice if I wanted anything to start my morning off! Although I declined...I can't tell you enough how someone taking the time to display that type of kindness means to me! He did a phenomenal job on my garage and I would 100% recommend him to anyone! Hands down one of the best experiences and interactions with a technician I've ever had!

By the time he got there which was very fast I had moved a bag away from the eye then it worked! He was a great guy and I asked a few questions of him and he knew everything about my Jennie Door opener. He told me a few things then had to go to another call. He is a very nice and informative guy and I will use Tregg at Don’s again only when it gets a little warmer!! I’m really glad I called Don’s and not the other company I was going to try but I had seen them on commercials too I never would’ve found Tregg if I had called the other place I’m so glad I didn’t thank you Tregg Hall!!!
