I called late Friday and they had me fixed by 11am on Monday. Fantastic, professional communication, and Anthony the technician who fixed it was extremely polite and explained everything to me that I needed to know. I Will absolutely use Don's for any garage door needs I have in the future.

Anthony is very knowledgeable about garage doors. We have to replace our door and he helped us to decide what options worked best for us. He took all the measurements needed and stayed with us until the door was ordered. I highly recommend Anthony at Don’s Garage Door.

The representative they sent was a very nice young man. Polite. Respectful. I explained I was a builder looking for a quote. They werent able v to give me a quote due to only having blueprints, not an actual garage to measure. Ive been in the building business for 45 years and have never heard of not being able to give a quote. The price his boss quoted to give to me was between $5000 and $16,000. I do not recommend Don's garage door. They are extremely, excessively expensive. I called Smith Garage door out of Heath Ohio. He gave me a quote,in writing within 1 day. Opener and door,less than $3500. When I called Don's garage doors,I was looking for a small local company. Don's garage doors has business in Denver and Indianapolis, and Columbus. Not a good experience.
