  Charles Carr was Very polite and professional. Tuned the garage door and made some recommendations about springs and rollers. No high pressure. I would recommend and use again.

  Call emergency number Sunday spring breaks single insulated door. Can come next day 10-1. Range of pricing....tech must be there first, might have spring might not.....price of heaviest and lightest spring install... Need tech to come out.....not an oz of info for me to help make a decision.

  The technician Aaron is one of the greatest young men I have met in years! Very trustworthy, very capable, leadership abilities, incredibly patient and present to people. Outstanding job! I would give the man a raise if I were you just to keep him handy. What a great guy and what a lovely product. Good job everybody!

  We had an excellent experience with Don’s Garage Doors today. Our garage door motor was ancient and finally gave out, but they got us on the schedule right away and had everything replaced the same day. Our technician, Jonathan, was fantastic. Heclearly explained what was going on, walked us through our options, and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need (which I really appreciate, especially in an older home where that can happen a lot). The new motor works great, and I love the added convenience of being able to control and monitor it through an app. Overall, a smooth, honest, and efficient experience. We’ll absolutely be using Don’s again in the future!

  Always polite, accommodating of personal situation, w a trainee. Answered questions I had for food replacement consultation. The 4 is dome slight annoyance at not being told during scheduling or earlier in process that another staffer would be on the phine (loan) and paperwork on my phone which was difficult. Not told what fics needed so I am in garage and personal papers in my office. Took a while due to errors then had to speak w scheduler. All in all I miss duppy’s but Dons has been responsive, professional and competent each time here. As for price I am “not sure” because I have too little knowledge if the field of such repairs. No context.
