  We had four non-emergency plumbing issues and were able to get appointment scheduled within 48 hours. Plumber Anthony arrived promptly and made repairs or addressed issues within two hours. He was friendly, respectful and professional. Based on this service call, we would definitely contact West Jefferson Plumbing, Heating and Electric again.

  Some friends recommended West Jefferson Plumbing. Anthony came out and was wonderful. He explained everything to me and the price was very reasonable. I will be using them for all my heating and plumbing needs.

  We love West Jefferson! We first went to them after one of the bigger chain plumbers gave us an insane water heater quote and have had them come out for a couple issues since. They do a great job of letting you know what needs to be done now versus what could wait and are always friendly and informative. just signed up for their HVAC service agreement and have had easy scheduling

  I had an air-source heat pump system installed to replace a forced air gas furnace/AC system. I chose a high end system which was expensive but I felt the price was fair. The system worked wonderfully and was saving a good amount on utility costs for several months until the Arctic blast of January 2026. I noticed that the outdoor unit was not running at all when it should have been and the auxiliary heat was running continuously (which is electric resistance heat and very expensive). I called on a Friday afternoon. Service tech Austin was out Monday morning. He identified a problem with the service settings and corrected it. The unit once again runs great. When a bill for a service call arrived I called to inquire and the lady who took my call noted that I had just bought the system a few months before, told me yes it was a warranty repair and there was no charge. I am pleased with the way they stood behind their product and made things right. I highly recommend West Jefferson Plumbing & Heating.
