  We are extremely pleased with our experience using Mad City Cincinnati for our kitchen cabinet refacing. They were very informative throughout the process and they kept us updated with each step. Our installation crew Jake and Ahmad were exceptional and very professional explaining each step in the process and answering any questions we had. I would recommend Mad City to anyone who is looking for a kitchen cabinet remodel.

  Yordanis and Ivan did an excellent job. They communicated to make sure the corner seat shelves and shower were exactly where we wanted them. True one day install. They cleaned up after and very respectful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them

  This is a horrible company. I would give the lowest reference as possible. They first indicated they did full bathroom remodels only to learn later that they only did shower install. The original estimate was based on a complete bathroom remodel and then they indicated they only did shower installs. This company is very misleading when it comes to their sales pitch and I would recommend never use them for any bathroom job. I will be using my attorney to recoup some of my total cost.

  Mad City was so easy to work with - from the consultation to the installation! Our consultation was so transparent and the upfront numbers gave us piece of mind! Having the samples, the pricing levels explained to us and all of our finance options really put this project at ease for us. The day they came and measure was quick and easy. Then on installation day, they treated our house with respect as they covered our floors, they were careful taking materials in and out of the house. They explained everything thoroughly and was always willing to answer any question I may have. We love our new walk in shower!

  I have 54 year old cabinets. Because of the sturdy construction, I didn’t want to replace them. Refacing was a great choice! Jake and Ahmad did a fantastic job. Jake’s attention to detail was above reproach! I’m very glad he was one of our installers. The entire process was very easy and the entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!
