He clearly takes his job seriously and excels at a variety of skill sets. My wife and I agree that in all our years of hiring sub-contractors (33 years in our current home), he is the best person we've ever had. Mad City certainly gets credit for hiring such a quality person to install their products. As we all know, you could have the greatest home improvement "product" on the planet, but if the people who actually do the work on your property lack talent and commitment to excellence, you won't be happy. - JBJenny Block4 days ago3.0Cabinets look great, installers were great. BUT -I’ve had nothing but issues with the Lazy Suzan. Our project was supposed to be done before Thanksgiving, and the lazy Suzan won’t turn/dock properly, and won’t allow the cabinet to close properly. Workers (all different guys) have been out at least 5 times now to adjust, then bring a new one, then it’s the wrong one, then it’s not local, then they try to adjust it again, then they install one much too small. There has not been proper communication. TODAY I’m having them (this poor , sweet guy) take the wrong size one out- and re-install the old broke one until they can send the RIGHT SIZE -NEW ONE. I’M STILL WAITING. I’m starting to see the “Mad” part of your name. Do better please.

However, I have received 2-3 calls on daily basis even though I told them I put project on hold for at least a year. The sales person are very pushy and don’t listen to you when you tell them the project is on hold and thus no longer interested in a quote. I blocked the number and they have proceeded to call from two other numbers. I won’t be using this company in future simply because they clearly don’t listen to you and that is very unprofessional.
