We absolutely love our new windows and if youre thinking of getting new ones definitely contact MAD CITY .. GOD BLESS THEM ALL.
- ARAmy RNov 15, 20255.0What a great experience! We got several quotes to replace a shower stall and convert a tub to a shower. We chose Mad City and are so happy we did. Every step of the way we received quality customer service, starting with the sales presentation, the installation, the quality of their product and post install customer service. Anthony and his crew were very attentive and have been after the installation. There was a brief water leak during installing that was of no fault of Mad City (old house), and they immediately took care of it and even sent a supervisor over to inspect, and came back and painted the area of ceiling that had a water stain. They've been so great, our only regret is that we waited so long to do this!

The installation process went smooth and they carefully cleaned the entire area. Replacing our drafty French doors with a sliding door has made a huge improvement in our heating and cooling bills. Overall, it was a great experience.

On day two after signing Joe, allegedly a manager, came to my house to collect Notice of Cancellation. He did not bring my check. It’s been 21 days and my check has yet to be returned. The Notice of Cancellation states all deposits are returned within 10 business days. It’s been 14 business days. Now the salesman, Kevin, is being rude and disrespectful. He will not tell me where my cashier’s check is located. Even the accounting department is unable to assist

Complete professionals who were very mindful of cleanup every night. They had our kitchen cabinets looking brand new in five days. Can't endorse them enough!
