It’s pretty well built, Michelle really helped me through the buying process and Derek was so helpful during the building process and move-in. Had a few hiccups with water surge which elevated my water bill, and some electrical issues, but finally got it fixed. I would not hesitate to recommend these patio homes!

Jules was very kind and helpful. I probably bugged him to death, but he never acted like I was a bother. He answered every question I had. We've been here 6 months. No problems with building, appliances, communication or anything else. I recommend Jules, all the staff and great response. Cristo Homes has been there for us, all the way. Jules is always professional and willing to assist. He is the main reason we felt welcome and felt we were important to him. Thanks Cristo Homes, Carol Brooks
- VBvicky backFeb 19, 20261.0Built a cristo home 2023. Siding started coming down and issues pretty quickly. Cristo has documented at least 4 times they went out to try to fix inside Warrenty. Matthew from the Warrenty had set up vendor to go out 2/10/26 and there was a no show! Outside siding companies have confirmed a builders error and siding should withhold 200 mile per hr wind! It’s been since 2/10 and no updates of why vendor didn’t go out that day or when they will. I have left reviews with Bbb, Google and Yelp. I need to have this resolved ASAP or I may even take this to a lawyer once I get others to sign a petition who are having same issues in the neighborhood. This is unacceptable. I’m happy to take reviews down as soon as I get an appropriate update.
- BDBobbie DrewFeb 19, 20261.0This company is very unprofessional and unresponsive. The siding on my clients ALMOST 3 year old home is falling off and Cristo has been of no help. If you drive through the neighborhood there are numerous other Cristo homes that are only 2-3 years old that have the same problem with siding as well. What a shame. They need to be held responsible for the (according to home inspector and siding contractor) poor craftsmanship and improper installation.
