- SHSJ HMar 4, 20261.0Im sorry to have to write this review but it's necessary, I feel. A new image is actually Anderson Heating and Cooling now. I called to schedule a residential boiler service. The tech showed up with only a clipboard in hand. Normally, they have tools etc and are ready to work. They typically drain some water out, check for sediment, clean the sight glass, open the pilot cover, clean it, vaccum it. The tech did NONE of this. He was here for a half hour, charged me a 100 bucks and left. Not exactly a boiler tune up that i paid for. If you have a residential boiler system I suggest not using this firm. Years ago the tech who came out did a great job. This year was not the same situation.

When I am due for my next plumbing evaluation, I definitely would hope that he is the one Anderson would send out again. I am 80 years old and I felt so comfortable having him here. Even my little dog went to him right away and doesn't usually do that. He is an asset to Anderson. He represents Anderson to the highest level and you can be proud to have him as one of your own.
