He very quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue that caused my furnace to not heat properly, which was a huge relief in the middle of a cold Cleveland winter! I explained to him what I had observed and, after a few tests, he pinpointed the problem. The filter (which was new) was not letting enough air pass through the heat exchanger, and the heat exchanger was running too hot. I went out and got a more porous filter and the furnace is working fine. The service fee was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Also, he did an excellent job of cleaning the burner and another internal component I forget. His expertise made the process seamless and enjoyable.
