  I used A New Image before and figured I'd try Anderson now. Inset the appointment up online and the tech comes out, gives us the price to investigate, we tell him no thank you and then he wants to charge us $100. No where when you schedule the tech do they mention the price. Avoid.

  Anderson Heating and Cooling is a great company. The entire team was awesome. In January, Patrick Davis came by immediately after my calling and answered all of my questions, gave me a quote with payment options, and educated me about furnace choices and installation. The next day Felipe Angel and Matthew Wyland (Bubba) came to install the furnace. They are such wonderful gentleman. They are very knowledgeable, educated me on the upkeep for the furnace, worked in a timely manner, there was no mess left behind and they are so kind. They did such a wonderful job installing my furnace, I decided to call Anderson Heating and Plumbing in March to install a hot water tank and AC unit as well as complete electrical work and repair pipes. In March I was greatful to see Felipe, Bubba and Patrick again. I also had the great pleasure of working with Ryan Dever who smartly rerouted and replaced piping, Chuck L, Estaban Arguella, Jim Foltz and Clayton Rogan in accounting. I felt very comfortable having everyone in my home. The entire team is very kind and knowledgeable. I also appreciate how the company send text and emails prior to technicians arrival with their names, pictures and qualifications. If you are looking for great work, decent pricing, expertise, and trustworthy individuals, I HIGHLY recommend AH&C.

  I had an emergency leak fix on a Sunday. The tech was great. He deserves 5 stars. I understand the off hour fees, I don’t have a problem with that. It was the “upfront- because we don’t know how much it will cost to fix - $744 - and we replace 5 inch of pipe (2 couplers and 1” of pex) but won’t reduce your cost” that bothers me. I called to have it adjusted and was told no. I won’t use them again. That’s 1 star - average is 3

  Jabril was professional and informative. Although this estimate was higher than the first two it was also the most informative. I did not feel as if he was padding the price because what he said made sense as it related to older pipes and components, not simply just a tank replacement.
