  I had a frozen pipe burst in the middle of the night. Kosta was great help, he rushed out and got right to work helping me prevent further damage. They had the basement dry in a few days and they helped with my insurance company. Kosta recommend a great local plumbing company to fix the plumbing. I hope I never need them again but I'm glad I called them.

  When my pipe burst, I was in shock. Kosta arrived around 1 a.m. on a Sunday, went above and beyond, explained every step clearly, and even showed me where the water had spread. It really helped me understand what was happening. The next day, the crew—Noah, Angel, Jennifer, Steve, and Shawn—got to work right away. Everyone was professional, helpful, and exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful for their quick response and support.

  Had my basement “cleaned up” a couple months ago, been a headache ever since. James or whatever his name is, is deceiving and will take advantage of women customers. Leaves things out, shows up unannounced, misses pre-set appointments etc. ~ edited ~ - since they like to check profiles, people go on vacations hence reviews in other states :). only leave reviews when the experience is negative.

  The crew of people that came out was very professional, they worked above and beyond and made my disaster much less stressful. They were very kind. The results are better than I expected. They worked hard to keep the cost in my budget. I highly recommend.
