They were always available for questions and they provided helpful reminders about upcoming visits. The office staff and plumber were extremely professional and we would absolutely recommend them.

What made it especially phenomenal is the flooding of the basement happened on Christmas Eve. His team proved to be selfless, didn't complain, and fixed all the problems that led to the flooding. After all the work Tony and his team did, we won't have to worry about flooding anymore. Thanks so much and God bless all of you!

He checked in the basement to be sure there were no leaks and checked my sump pump as well, and even agreed to look at my upstairs bathroom faucet and shower and gave me estimates for those. He came out the same day I called for service and arrived right when he said he would. My kitchen sink was leak free in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this company!

I called AK Waterworks at 6pm on New Years Eve and Johnny answered the call. He was very nice and I was happy to talk to a real person! He told me someone could come in the morning. Larry showed up around 9:30a on New Years Day and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and got all the work done on his own by about 3pm. The gas company came back out and everything passed and our gas was turned back on, within 24 hours! It was a cold day so fortunately we didn't have to go long without heat! I would definitely recommend this company and would call them again in a heartbeat.
