Justin and Ben did the inside work and they went above and beyond for us. Outside work was also very well done! When you hear "we have to dig" you worry about what your yard is going to look like afterwards but our yard was not destroyed! Everyone did an amazing job and we could not be happier.

Larry was very helpful in getting our water pressure back to normal; he explained everything that was wrong promptly and thoroughly, including teaching us how to change the whole house filter on our new home. There was even an issue that occurred with my furnace once Larry had fixed the water pressure issue that he took the time to look at and referred me to a HVAC company he trusted. Additionally, Larry kindly let us know that since our hot water tank was installed in 2006, it is likely nearing the end it’s life, so we are looking forward to calling AK Water Works again once that finally needs replaced. Thank you again Larry!

I called AK and spoke with Johnny who was extremely helpful and professional in the process. He guided me in the booking appointment process and had tony come out to assess my issue. Tony was also very professional and had his crew complete my sewer job the same week. Thank you so much Johnny, Tony and AK!! The best and most professional company around!!

My hot water tank needed replaced, as I did some research, Bradford White was the brand that was highly recommended. I called AK at 8:30 on a Monday and they had Larry come out to give me the estimate at noon, he explained the tank in detail. My new Bradford White tank was installed the very next day in less than 2 hours, Larry was the technician that did the installation, he did a great job, and was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend AK Water Works, I won't hesitate to call them in the future.

He was able to troubleshoot issues with a 115 year old piping system, located the issue, and had the issue resolved within an hour. Not only did he perform excellent work, but he also responded to the initial call within 20 minutes. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you for the excellent service!
