  My furnace broke down and within 3 hours, Edgar arrived at my home to investigate the problem. Less than hour later he had identified the problem, offered several options that we could choose as next steps. He did an excellent job educating my husband, made experience feel low pressure and was a total professional!

  Quick and prompt. Diagnosed an issue with my ac heat pump got me bakc up and running quickly. 100% would use again.

  Mike and Alex were great, Steam boiler was making a lot of clanging and some radiators were not getting steam. They explained every thing and turned up The heat and and got all the radiators working, drained a lot of dirty water from the system and made sure every thing was working as it should . They were friendly and listened to what I had to say. Will definitely use Kimmel and recommend them to friends and family!
