  Made an appointment with a human being about an emergency plumbing issue. Asked them to verify with me that they would absolutely service our area, given the address and all, they reassured me yes. I wait two hours, call back for an ETA, and some lady finally calls me named Rebecca, says they are only in Akron and don’t service that area. Says it was their answering service!!! I try to explain what happened and that they wasted my time setting the appointment up and making me wait 2 hours before I called again to make sure all was well. She hung up on me!!! Their company screws up and she has the audacity to not sit through my complaint?? Never again ABC, even for my home out near you. Never again. Rebecca is a coward for not addressing the issue appropriately.

  Excellent experience and half the price of some other companies. ABC was a second opinion and I'm glad I called. They were kind professional and did a thorough evaluation. ABC left me with a feeling of trust in their diagnosis and prices. Would hire again and will be recommending them to my family, friends and business customers.

  Abc came out for a sewer repair. the concrete was already broken open and they charged $2800 for a 3 ft section of replacement. Through insurance or not that is astronomical in price. they didnt have to put concrete back but left all the poop soiled dirt in the trench right on top of the soil stack. I called in and all they said was "you dont get to dictate our prices" and she has video and pictures of the project. you would think when you are making roughly $2000 in 4 hours that you would be a little more considerate of the people coming in to work after you. I wasnt going to write a review but the way it was pushed off and no apology or consideration for the other project, I feel like I have to. *edit after reply* There is no need to charge the customer more for the weekend work with how much was charged. it was roughly $200 in parts and an hour of labor for 2 guys. to suggest that you did him a favor in that regard is wild. Secondly you talk about consideration to the contractor, which is funny because you know that if you had to put concrete back, you wouldn't have left all the contaminated soil in the trench and would have to fill it with gravel before doing the concrete. Instead your guys filled the trench back with the contaminated soil. We staged empty buckets and had a dumpster on site. I was just looking for an apology on the phone for being inconsiderate, but after all this stacked up I felt obligated to review. I would never do that to another company.
