The guys (all of them) were very nice, very knowledgeable and friendly. They got here and did not waste anytime getting to work. I don't know how they did it, they just went to work and was up and down in my attic tearing down my old furnace and putting in the new one AND my air conditioner!! I'm excited because I've never had air conditioning!! The guys were so polite. My house is warm again!!! Thank you to each of the guys. They were awesome!!

I’m giving one star because there wasn’t an option for zero. My normal repair tech diagnosed the repair and said we needed a new main board, but since he wasn’t a dealer that Bonski should be able to get the part quicker. Bonski came out, gave me an estimate of $2000 and that it would take a few days. This seemed outrageous, so I called my normal tech, who was able to get the part the same day after all for $150 and install it within 30 minutes fixing the problem…. How would you feel? Ripped off? Taken advantage of??? Sorry, but I called Bonski and gave the the opportunity to refund my $90 diagnosis fee, but no response…

I was cold called by the office to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment for a furnace cleaning/evaluation. I was told since I was an existing customer and scheduling before the busy season the price would be reduced, 1/2 off basically. This was October 23rd. I scheduled the appointment for the morning of November 3rd between 8am and noon. I received a text confirming my appointment and I thought all was good. On November 2nd I received a text to confirm my appointment for the next day and I received another text confirming my appointment was scheduled.
Fast forward to November 3rd at 1130 I call to see if the technician was going to arrive soon and the nice lady on the phone said "Ooh we were just about to call you. We don't know why you were scheduled today because we have no openings" we would be glad to reschedule you for another day or you can wait around all day today and we might be able to fit you in.
So basically, I wasted half a day that I could have been working and making money to sit around and wait. I'm sorry but there should be protection for the customer in this event. Businesses have cancelation fees if we have to cancel last minute but we are just screwed when they mess up.
This is very unfortunate as I know in the past Bonsky's has been a good place of business and treated their customers fairly but this time that was not the case.
So my advice is don't trust them to show up on time (or at all) unless you call them the day before, the day of, and maybe even the day after.
