He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what was repaired. We've been a Bonsky customer for over 30 years and will continue. Their service is outstanding, a pleasure to work with and extremely customer focused.

However, I was under the impression a few days wait (without heat) but it is now 6 das from signed. Waiting for parts on their top of the line model. It's 20° outside n 59° inside. Happy New Year.

He was honest and explained we needed a new heater and AC unit and why. Our 30 year old furnace finally had it. Within 2 weeks, had two young guys come out and install both within only 4 hours. The guys at bonsky who installed the furnace and AC did an amazing job. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves the best they could. It was installed on 10/31 and has worked wonders ever since. I’ve saved so much on my gas bill so far. I was also quoted much higher for just a furnace than what I paid for both units. Very grateful.
- TKTraci KlineDec 13, 20251.0The technician was nice but we were more or less told our brand new system (house we built 2 years ago) needed totally replaced and replacement would be $7500-$8500. Tech believed our pressure switch was the problem and when he put in new switch it did the same as it was…needed airflow so tech basically did a temporary fix and punched a hole in the side of furnace for better airflow and left. Did not clean air intake or anything. We were basically told our brand new system wasn’t repairable and our best option was to replace it with an upgrade! Five minutes after he left we got a call from salesman explaining our options to replace a system that is warranted for another 3 years! We were told we more or less better make a decision now because pricing is going up 15% in new year. We have had no issues with system until this incident and just wanted it properly handled and it was not at all! Not happy with our first experience with this company! Got advice from another tech and we will have him fix the issue for a lot less than replacement!!
