- MLMylie LizMay 2, 20191.0Im honestly mortified and heartbroke. My husband has been in the icu. Ive lost my brother and 3 family members within a few weeks. I needed help cleaning. If your house is dirty dont call. After an hour the housekeeper refused to clean. I was paying by the hour and looking for someone to come back every week so it wouldnt get messy again. Im honeslty upset and hurt. It took alot to reach out to a company and ask for help. The whole hour she was here my nerves were so shot. I kept telling myself i was taking care of it. If you are someone who honestly needs help DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. The living room was almost bare of everything and she didnt even want to clean it. I dont even have carpet in the living room. Now i have to wait another week for another company to come. I also tried to call them back and see if someone else can come out but the phone is just ringing. Im really hurt and upset. My husband just got out of the icu yesterday and thought it would be a nice suprise for the house to be clean when he came back from dialysis. :(
