  So you can see my review I posted 5 months ago. Again, not happy with our mini splits they installed. Also, now one of Rick’s workers did NOT install something correctly so there is water all over my walls. AVOID THIS COMPANY - AT ALL COSTS! They suck. It’s actually mind blowing that this company has so many stars, but also everytime there is a negative review they must call someone to rate them a 5 star because Rick is sooooo worried about his ratings. Heard it directly from him too “I want to keep my 5 stars” First of all everyone that works here is a LIAR. Second of all instead of fixing the issue that they lied to us Rick tried to get us to spend more money. Third of all, if anyone in my family gets sick from mold because something doesn’t work correctly, I will be contacting someone to make things right and they definitely won’t like that. 👍

  Jacob came out and cleaned up our dryer vent. He was so nice and I patient, I really appreciate the work he did. Thanks again!!

  At 5:04 I realized my furnace was not kicking on and staying. All other companies I called wanted 189.00 to walk in the door after hrs. My Tech Justin Locke took the time to see the problem and actually mention a couple other things that were wrong that we had no idea. He came within the time frame was very friendly and was only charged 98 for the service call. Don't waste time calling other companies. If you need heating and cooling just call Ricks Affordable Hearing &Cooling Toledo!!!

  Accidentally erased my last review. I had Ted and Justin as service techs come out to our new to us mobile home in Marblehead. Ted came during the cold month of January to do service maintenance on the furnace. He did a great job cleaning and did not try to sell me on another unit. Very thorough. Justin came out today to do service maintenance on the A/C because it was warm enough. Again another outstanding job explaining what he was doing and the results of his diagnostic testing. Did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I'm glad this company comes out to Marblehead because I will use them again 100%. Thanks Dan
