  Window World Installed a large four panel sliding glass door on my home many years ago. I recently had a misalignment with my doors and called and they sent someone out immediately. The gentleman‘s name that came to my home was Scott and what an amazing person he is, not only is he very professional and knowledgeable about my door but went above and beyond his service call. We were having very high winds that day and he ran outside alongside me to chase down my belongings and also to stop and secure my grill that was blowing across the patio. And to top it off, along came two dogs from down the road that had gotten out and were running loose so he took off after them so they wouldn’t get hit by a car and made sure they made it home safely. He definitely restored my faith In humanity . Window World has quality doors and employees.

  window World has been nothing but kind since the very first phone call. The young mand who did our estimate was awesome. We had follow up phone calls and texts till the day they were installed. Now the installation was rescheduled by the installer which I understand things happen however he called the day of to cancel and reschedule again. I obliged the request, however right after we hung up another installer called and said mam I am so sorry for the cancellation I will be there first thing in the a.m,! Well indeed he showed up and when night time fell we had our 6 new windows! He and his helper were so nice and we felt he went above and beyond! Thank you window World and we will sing your praises for sure!!

  So far the gutters are doing what they are supposed to do. It rained really hard last night and the gutters worked.

  My windows were the worst , what a difference!! Very good job! Employees came in and got the job done and cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Window World.
