He was rude to me when they screwed up... didn't bind my area rug to size, they refuse to deliver so we had to spend $50 to rent a truck....when I called frustrated about it, he said, " you have been nasty every time you've come in". I have a right to be upset with shoddy work. Dean needs to be fired or go to customer service training...this is not how you deal with frustrated customers.
