From cutting through the existing concrete floor to the final concrete work and cleanup, Bill and his son, Elijah, did an excellent job! Bill explained clearly what they were doing as the job progressed and offered helpful suggestions. I appreciated his attention to detail especially when it came to the cleanup. I definitely recommend Drain Master and will call them again for my plumbing needs.

I found out later that the dishwasher was was installed incorrectly and was left in a hazardous condition without informing me. I had to pay an additional fee to repair but asked for a refund on what I paid and was told told that they are plumbers not electricians! Why install it then? Rude customer service & high prices! Bottom line they are not honoring their guaranteed service! Very rude, wish I could share the text responses! I will remain professional & seek help elsewhere!
