    Awesome service! My boiler went out at the worst time (temperatures below freezing on a weekend). I called Bluflame at 7am on a Sunday morning and they responded very quickly (within the hour). They sent Tech Darrell Whickum out and he did a spectacular job repairing my boiler. He was very professional and a straight shooter (no bs "upgrade " sales pushes ). I would highly recommend Bluflame!

    John (GM) - Polite, professional, no-nonsense, and followed up consistently from recommendation, through sales and installation process, and final completion. Hand delivered and reviewed warranty, rebates, maintenance planning, and knows his stuff. Held his people accountable and kept them on task - not that they needed to be. Top notch experience. Gabe (Sales) - Followed up on quote promptly, made adjustments and provided feedback to adjust equipment (upgrades) to meet the need and expectation. Moved from quote to sale and made payment very convenient and as expected. Established prompt install and completion during peak season before the holidays. Dave (Install Manager) - Experienced guy and provided high quality install leading his techs through a prompt, clean, and discerning taste install. Service Techs - Polite and respectful while being informative and attentive to homeowner needs. Good mix of new installers and experienced which showed me a good teamwork approach with minimal intrusion to the home life while doing their work. Erik (Duct Cleaning) - Knowledgeable, process driven, kept me informed of the experience specific to my home, provided some recommendations to keep the ducts clean and set proper expectations. Very upbeat attitude in what is without a doubt a tedious process. Moved through the house from top to bottom without leaving any unswept trouble areas - to my knowledge. Properly plugged and sealed service holes in a manner that allows for future service and ease. Overall, a fantastic experience across all team members with sale to install and completion only taking a week for full system at the end of December. Little to no inconvenience to the home considering the services were really full day work orders spread across 3 days. You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for a Lennox system given their restricted service network and need to use a dealer for their parts and service. Higher end equipment and these factors mean you need a reliable and attentive dealer. Bluflame Toledo under John has made me very comfortable with my decision and instilled confidence in the ongoing maintenance / service from Day 1.

    Unfortunately I had nothing but problems with this company. Multiple representatives came out and contradicted one another yet charged substantial service call fees mostly for providing estimates, I believe it was 150 dollars each time. I utilize a home warranty company which I highly recommend because they review contractor's estimates and provide average pricing for proposed services. There was a huge disparity between what their estimate were and what the home warranty quoted as average pricing for the proposed services. I corresponded mostly via email in hopes of getting clarity on the contradictions and significant cost difference. The representative then forwarded this information to her superior who stated they refused to work with home warranty companies. I've read some good reviews about this company and wondered why I was being treated unfairly and then I found out they are under new ownership. 😔 The good news is the home warranty company has found another vendor to do the actual necessary work for the home warranty suggested prices not theirs.

    Always a great experience with Blue Flame. They were pleasant to deal with and very informative. My furnace is 27 years old and Blue flame has been my go to for service and repair since I moved in here 20 years ago. I would recommend Blue Flame to anyone looking for quick, friendly, and fairly priced service. A side note about my service tech - Levi. What a great experience. He went through common failure points for furnaces of my age, talked me through what he saw, what it means to me as an homeowner, and made me aware of future maintenance recommendations. He is a great representative for the business.

    Jeff C has been to my house for a number of years for the annual checks of both HVAC, A/C and has always given excellent service, easily answers questions and always knowledgeable. Looking forward to spring checks of the a/c. Blu Flame sells quality products and backs them up with quality service people. Services are reasonably priced.
