Our furnace went out at the most inconvenient time. Even though they were busy with other emergency calls, they were able to fit us in and get our furnace back in service. Darrell explained everything that needed to be done to get the furnace working, quoted us a reasonable price, and told us about a part that could be replaced at a later date. The work was done quickly and our heat was restored!

Gabe with Bluflame offered a physical quote, informed us of warranty, discounts, specials and rebates. He set up install same week with technicians Montez, Aaron and another kind gentlemen. They completed a furnace, A/C, pump install in one day. I expressed a filter concern to Gabe during consult, and he made sure the install team had supplies on hand to add an access point for the air filter. They were very respectful and provided us with a new smart thermostat.

our Furnace was short cycling and after installing a flane sensor myself it stopped, but I called blue flame and set up a maintenance call to insure everything was fine. got their A.I. program that set the date for that day, I took the appointment time..a few hours later they call saying they cant make it due to priority calls of no heat. I agreed, and reset the appointment for the following Thursday, told between 1-4 pm someone would show up. Just before 5, i call asking where the technician at..Told my appointment is for the following week not that day. I explained that wasnt what was told to me and the lady says she have someone call..no phone calls but appointment still set for the next Thursday..mind you, this will be 2 weeks after the 1st phone call! So, moments ago just received a phone call from the lady at Blue flame for tomorrow visit, She tell me they cant make it and do i want to reschedule again. when I asked what is going on, ive been put off twice now..I heard they dont have enough Technicians to no heat calls taken priority.
So in frustration I ask why should I make another appointment when you cant keep the one you have now! to further that, I asked her, do I live in the wrong area, not big enough job as they services the Furnace before! And there online reviews are glowing..I loved the one where the lady says.. they spilled some glue on the floor after installing a new furnace and when she called, they had someone there in a half hour to clean it up..im going on 2 weeks and cant get them to show up! so if your going to spent a lot of money, blue flame for you! if your calls about maintenance..better look somewhere else like im going to have to do!

Dan T was here today to clean/check our furnace. We look forward to seeing him every year (though there have been other service techs in the past). He is very thorough in checking our furnace. In fact we may owe him our lives...a couple years ago when he was here, he detected a CO2 leak in our furnace, that needed immediate action, and a few other problems. He pointed out what was happening to my husband and what he was doing to take care of the problems. He greatly encouraged us to get a CO2 detector and then we decided to get a new furnace. I will give him 5 Stars every day!

Placed a service call on a Wedsday for no heat! Tech came and said he couldn’t find anything wrong and cleaned a couple things! So paid for service call and charges for his cleaning! 2 days later same thing no heat again! Called right away at 8am. Said they would send tech back out! He got here after 5pm! He said could be one of two things! Changed one part and so far is working! I was thinking since it didn’t get fixed first time around I should not have had to wait over 8hrs for someone to show up! Very disappointing!! And the part wasn’t cheap!! Also no apology from anyone about this happening!
Thank you to bluflame for fixing and correcting my furnace issues! The office especially Brittani was very attentive to my problems! And a thank you to the tech they sent out. Explained everything and made suggestions for the issues i had! Again thank you for the professional attention I received! Have been using bluflame for over 40yrs!
