In yesterday to started to put in our furnace the gentleman very very friendly they took their time put in the furnace, they explained what they were doing, Mike , he's the one that came in a couple. Of days ago to inspect our furnace, the furnace couldn't be fixed, he sat us down explained our options, told us about. Financing we financed he came back the next day we signed the contract , Mike was also very nice the considerate, we couldn't pick. Better heating and air conditioner then A -1, heating , they're the best

- PCPam ClarkSep 24, 20253.0I have been dealing with A1 for 7 years. They sold me a new furnace which broke down 9 plus times over a 7 year period. They " gave " me a new furnace to replace the lemon for a charge of 1500. They installed this on May 26 2025. I have called them out numerous times to fix this "new" furnace / air conditioner. They have been giving me the run around for months now. Finally today September 24 2025 they repaired my "new" furnace. However in the process of fixing this they broke my washing machine. The man who answers the phone has had a very disparaging attitude towards me for months because I dared to ask for my furnace to be repaired. Today he accused me of trying to file an insurance claim. I am not the only one that has been on the receiving end of their business etiquette. They cut the lines on my neighbors air conditioner and then tried to charge them $100 a pound for freon. Also the owner has a very nasty attitude when you're trying to make them do the right thing and fix what is broken . I will be contacting BBB and action news. Something needs to be done to keep innocent people from being ripped off.

She was told she needed a new unit and quoted her 9900$ for furnace, ac etc. discounted to 8900$ b/c she is a senior citizen. Upon getting a second opinion she just needed freon to recharge her unit and it was 150$. NICE TRY A1, but the elderly lady had family looking out for her!
