  Prompt arrival at the appointment time set up. Recommendation of replacement AC part needed possible future problems.. We held off because we are looking at replacing the entire system in the very near future. We will call to set up an estimate on that replacement.

  Levi did a great job of assessing my furnace and AC units and repairing the issues that he found. He also thoroughly explained how the systems worked and why the repairs were necessary. I appreciated his obvious experience and knowledge as well as his professionalism. I would highly recommend Levi and would be glad to have him come again in the future.

  Service was prompt and the problem was analyzed and explained thoroughly. Jeff walked me through a few options and I feel good about my decision on how to proceed. Two thumbs up for both Jeff and Bluflame.

  I highly recommend BluFlame. Had my furnace replaced after shivering for days when it broke. Aaron Taylor and his able assistant (feel bad, I can't remember his name) tackled that big job jumping right in. They are both very nice, very professional, very capable. It felt so good to have a warm house again. Both young men, and the entire company, are 5-star for sure!

  On-call technician came out after hours, for an emergency look-see on what was a non functioning furnace, above and beyond the call of duty (at least in my mind). It IS broken, and I still have to wait until at least Monday to get a repair started, but he was very professional, very nice, explained everything. I will still be freezing in my house till it's fixed, but it gave me real piece of mind to have it checked out. Highly recommend Blu-Flame.
