- RMRobert Martel5 days ago5.0Had a technician out to do a tune up and help set up an Ecobee Smart thermostat after the app installation guide said to contact a pro for a wiring issue. Initially (first two weeks) everything was running great until it randomly started pushing out cold air… and the app notified me there was a problem. Called Strongsville Heating and they immediately sent out a senior technician (Ron) and he diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes. Swapped a wire, cleaned out an intake vent, and helped reconfigure the app to give the best results. Haven’t had an issue since and didn’t charge me since it they did the install. Couldn’t be happier with the professional work and knowledgeable technicians. Will use Strongsville Heating again…
