  Chloe was my sales representative and she was great! Informative, kind, answered all my questions, very hands on, and personable! Brandon was my project contractor and communicated throughout the whole roofing process. Was understanding and kind, and answered all my questions! My roof was old, shingles falling randomly, so they did a great job taking up the old roof and putting on the new roof. I also had gutters installed and they are wonderful since my original gutters were old and coming apart. I enjoy the new look of my house now. Would recommend them!

  I would highly advise against calling home genius exteriors. After working through the Angie’s list website I was contacted by Home genius exteriors. I set up an appointment to have them come out for a quote on a simple project for the front of my home. I was told I needed to set aside 90 minutes for the consultation for something that took other companies less than 15 minutes to quote. When the representative from Home genius exteriors came out, he spent less than 10 minutes looking at my project and then refused to Quote the job stating that it was too small and would be too expensive for his company to do. He did spend another 30 minutes, walking around my house and showing me a number of larger projects that he was willing to quote (that didn’t need to be done). Including questioning the condition of my roof, that is less than a year old. I never received a quote for the work I needed to have done! A couple days later I receive a call from their operations manager, telling me how he could save me $2000 off my job. I explained to him how I found that funny since their estimator refused to quote me in the first place. I told him I would love to know what the quote is that they were offering to save me $2000 on. He quoted me over the phone a price that was three times higher than the other companies I had out. Home genius exteriors has texted me every day since trying to get me to give them a job they refuse to quote in the first place. Calling this company is inviting a telemarketer out to your home and giving them permission to contact you nonstop. Be aware

  If I could give negative stars to this company I would!! We had new gutters installed in June 2025. Three different spots started leaking the same night they were installed. It took 7 weeks of calling, leaving voicemails and texting before someone finally came out to fix it at the of August. Only the repair didn’t fix it. It still leaked!!! It took another month before they came back out to tell me they would need to return a third time to try a different fix. The gutter guard has been off the house since August sitting in garage. We are approaching 10 months since the gutters were installed. We have text, called, left voicemails. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with!! Their customer service is worse than the IRS! Shockingly a couple weekends ago we had a knock at our door and it was one of their salesman going thru the neighborhood. We told him the whole situation, he called his supervisor and he said there was a work order started and someone would call within 48 hours to set up time to come work on it. That’s been 10 days now and still we haven’t heard anything. Seriously, save your yourself the frustration and go with another company because if anything goes wrong like it has for us, it will never get fixed because in all honesty, they don’t give a damn!

  Good job done on roofing. Poor job on chimney flashing. They had to return twice to fix leaks from poor flashing instalation. Some installers did not know how to properly install roof intake vents. Team supervisor(not project manager) was only there for about 1/3 of the job. Not all materials were delivered before the job started. Team supervisor spoke poor English. Changing rating to 5 stars after prompt response from a senior project manager. After talking with a senior project manager told me that the team that did my roof was new and they would take care of any more problems with their top tier roofers. The roof has no leaks and looks great.

  I don't know how there aren't more 1 star reviews for Home Genius. Their sales tactics are as predatory as a used car sales person or timeshare sales person. Rather than being upfront about the price, they ask "what would you like your monthly payment to be?" I should also mention they were at least 10-20% higher than other local reputable companies, make sure to shop around. If anyone asks me who I recommend to do a roof/siding/windows job, I will go out of my way to make sure they don't use Home Genius Exteriors.
